Enhancements​

  • Improves the suggestions created by the AI title & description generator.
  • Improved error handling for using the AI title & description generator for local sites and sites that don't have a publicly accessible REST API.
  • Adds caching in the posts overview page for the query that counts cornerstone content.
  • Adds caching in the posts overview page for the query that counts orphaned content.

Bugfixes​

  • Fixes a bug where special characters in headings such as ampersands (&) and non-breaking spaces ( ) would be displayed as their encoded HTML entity version inside the Yoast Table of Contents block.

Other​

  • Bumps the minimum required version of Yoast SEO to 22.1.
