- Fixes a bug where the actionable buttons would not focus on the input fields when clicking on them in the sidebar.
- Fixes a bug where the Maximum heading level option within the Table of Contents block would not work as expected.

- Adds output escaping to the redirect message after adding a new redirect.
- Bumps the minimum required version of Yoast SEO to 21.4.
